Pflegemonitoring: Hochschule – Erste Analysen des BIBB-Pflegepanels

Abstract

„Im Januar 2020 ist das neue Pflegeberufegesetz in Kraft getreten und besonders im Hinblick auf pflegewissenschaftliche Bildungsangebote an Hochschulen geht hierdurch ein wichtiger Impuls aus. Der Wissenschaftsrat formuliert zehn bis 20 Prozent aller Pflegenden mit akademischen Abschluss als Ziel. Solche komplexen Umstellungsprozesse müssen wissenschaftlich begleitet werden, was das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) mit dem BIBB-Pflegepanel leistet. Die Daten stellen die Aufbauphase einer Panelerhebung dar und wurden im Frühjahr 2021 erhoben. Die Daten der Hochschulen werden deskriptiv analysiert und eine Hochrechnung auf alle Studierenden durchgeführt. Daten werden inferenzstatistisch in Bezug auf Einstellung, verglichen zu anderen Einrichtungen, überprüft. Es wird ein Kruskal-Wallis-Test (Bonferroni adjustierte post hoc Vergleiche) berechnet. […] Einstellungen zur neuen Pflegeausbildung unterscheiden sich signifikant zwischen den Einrichtungen.“ Nach Ansicht der AutorInnen müssen Akademisierung und berufliche Ausbildung gemeinsam weitergedacht werden. “Background: The new Nursing Professions Act came into force in January 2020. This pro-vides an important impulse, particularly with regard to nursing science education at hig¬her education institutions. The Science Council in Germany sets the goal of ten to 20 per¬cent of all nurses with an academic degree. Such complex conversion processes must be accompanied scientifically, which is what the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) does with the BIBB Nursing Panel. Method: The data represent the set-up phase of a panel survey and were collected in spring 2021. The information from the higher education institutions is analysed descriptively and extrapolated to all stu¬dents. Data are examined through inferential statistics in relation to attitudes, compared to other institutions. A Kruskal-Wallis test (Bonferroni adjusted post hoc comparisons) is calculated. Results: Currently, N=35 higher education institutions are included in the BIBB nursing panel, n=15 with primary qualifying study programmes (n=316 persons; between μ̂1= 379 and μ̂2= 554, mean Mμr= 464). Attitudes towards the new nursing edu¬cation differ significantly between organisations. Discussion: Academisation and voca¬tional training must be considered together.
