Fachkräftemonitoring für das BMAS : Mittelfristprognose bis 2027

Abstract

„Das BMAS hat das QuBe-Kooperationsprojekt mit einem Fachkräftemonitoring beauftragt, das aus einer jährlichen Mittelfristprognose und einer Langfristprojektion, die alle zwei Jahre erfolgt, besteht. Laut der vorliegenden Mittelfristprognose wird die Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt mit Blick auf Arbeitskräfteengpässe perspektivisch im Jahr 2027 etwas weniger angespannt sein als bisher erwartet. Begründet wird dies mit den veränderten gesamtwirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen (Krieg in der Ukraine, Zeitenwende, Zinswende, v.a. nachlassende Bautätigkeit). Allerdings werden sich die Passungsprobleme bei zahlreichen Berufsgruppen, mit unterschiedlichen Auswirkungen in einzelnen Branchen und Regionen, weiter verschärfen. Da manche Berufsgruppen von konjunkturellen Veränderungen stärker betroffen sind als andere (bspw. im Baugewerbe), können sich Fachkräfteengpässe mit Blick auf eine bundesweite Betrachtung, kurzfristig auch wieder leicht entspannen.“ (Hrsg.; BIBB-Doku)

„The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has commissioned the QuBe cooperation project to conduct a monitoring on skilled labour, consisting of a yearly medium-term forecast and a regular long-term forecast. The medium-term forecast presented in this report closes the gap between the so called “Fachkräfteengpassanalyse” (tool to identify skill shortages by occupation) of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) for the current labour market situation and the long-term forecasts of the monitoring on skilled labour. Germany is in the midst of a major economic change with the increase in defence spending the turnaround in monetary policy and the energy transition. Hence, the consequences associated with this transformation play a key role in this medium term forecast.“ (editor.; BIBB-Doku)
