Inklusive Berufsorientierung in lehramtsübergreifenden Settings: Förderpädagogik, Arbeitslehre und Berufspädagogik

Abstract

„Eine inklusive Berufsorientierung wird bundesweit von bildungspolitischen und ordnungsrechtlichen Grundlagen gefordert. Der Beitrag fokussiert spezifische Vorgaben des Landes Hessen und beschreibt eine nicht ausreichende Umsetzung und curriculare Verankerung der Thematik in der Lehramtsausbildung. Angehende Lehrkräfte müssen auf die Unterstützung und Förderung von Schüler:innen mit und ohne sonderpädagogischem Förderbedarf vorbereitet werden. Im Beitrag werden Hypothesen aufgestellt, warum unterschiedliche Lehramtstypen unterschiedlich auf eine inklusive Berufsorientierung vorbereitet bzw. nicht vorbereitet werden. Im Zentrum steht die unterschiedliche Fokussetzung. Einige Lehramtstypen legen den Fokus auf Berufsorientierung, während andere Bereiche wie inklusive Lehr-Lernsettings und diagnostisches Wissen weniger abgedeckt werden, jedoch von anderen Typen fokussiert werden. Ziel sollte es sein, Thematiken wie diagnostisches Wissen, inklusive Gestaltung von Unterricht, Berufsorientierung und multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit lehramtsübergreifend zu bearbeiten und zu diskutieren. Daher wird ein Lösungsansatz in Form eines lehramtsübergreifenden Seminars konzeptionell beschrieben und erste Evaluationsergebnisse präsentiert. Zudem werden Potentiale einer Umsetzung einer inklusiven Berufsorientierung insbesondere im Hinblick auf den Fachkräftemangel, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe und Innovation aufgezeigt.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„An inclusive vocational orientation is demanded nationwide by educational policy and regulatory principles. The article focuses on specific requirements of the state of Hesse and describes an insufficient implementation and curricular anchoring of the topic in teacher training. Prospective teachers must be prepared for the support and promotion of students with and without special educational needs. The paper hypothesizes why different types of teachers are or are not prepared differently for an inclusive professional orientation. The focus is on differences in focus. Some teacher types focus on career orientation, while other areas such as inclusive teaching-learning settings and diagnostic knowledge are less covered but are focused on by other types. The goal should be to address and discuss topics such as diagnostic knowledge, inclusive teaching-learning design, career orientation, and multiprofessional collaboration across teaching types. Therefore, a solution approach in the form of a cross-teaching seminar is conceptually described and first evaluation results are presented. In addition, potentials of an implementation of an inclusive vocational orientation will be shown, especially with regard to the shortage of skilled workers, social participation and innovation.“ (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
