Transfer in internationalen Berufsbildungskooperationen

Abstract

In bilateralen Kooperationen und bi- und multilateralen Projekten werden Aspekte der dualen Berufsbildung analysiert und für den Einsatz in anderen europäischen und außereuropäischen Ländern adaptiert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird oft von einem 'Export' oder einem 'Transfer' des dualen Systems in ein anderes Land gesprochen. Dabei ist es für alle Beteiligten hilfreich, sich auf bereits bestehende Erfahrungen stützen zu können. Die Beiträge in diesem Buch reflektieren die Entwicklung dieses Themas aus unterschiedlichen Blickwinkeln und fassen die Ergebnisse von Transferprojekten und -vorhaben aus unterschiedlichen Kontexten zusammen. Die Zielsetzung ist dabei eine Strukturierung der Besonderheiten und Herausforderungen des internationalen Wissenstransfers in der beruflichen Bildung. Damit soll für die aktuelle Diskussion und Berufsbildungszusammenarbeit eine Grundlage geschaffen werden, die es ermöglicht, frühere Erfahrungen, Ergebnisse und Erkenntnisse in die Arbeit aufzunehmen. Based on initiatives of the federal Government of Germany and of the European Commission (European Alliance for Apprenticeship), the German dual system experiences a high interest from outside Germany. Within binational and multinational cooperation, the core elements of the German model are to be analyzed and adopted to the national system of other countries. In this context, often the terms of “export” or “transfer” of the dual system are used. This is not a new one, especially in the field of VET and development cooperation. It appears on the political agenda regularly. For new coming bi- and multinational cooperation, the already existing knowledge is an important source for all actors. The publication aims to reflect the development of the subject of transfer from different points of view. Furthermore, it aims to collect and to resume the results of projects from different contexts and with different issues. It goes to highlight and structure the characteristics and challenges of international knowledge transfer in VET. Based on this collection, actors in VET cooperation should be enabled to use these experiences. For ongoing discussions and reflections it is the desirable outcome of this publication to serve as a source to include former experiences. (BIBB-Doku)
