Abstract
„In vocational and business education, it is often assumed that (exclusively) the reference sciences– especially business administration and business informatics– are responsible for developing empirically tested concepts, methods and instruments which can be used to analyse and (re)design learning objects from companies, e. g. communication and cooperation in business processes, in an economically and information-technically justified manner (scientific principle) and that the reference-scientific approaches “merely” have to be reflected from a vocational and business education perspective and “turned around” pedagogically for vocational education and training. The traditional way of pedagogical turn – as practised so far – is a “downstream” approach, which– especially with regard to the learning object “communication and cooperation in business processes” (K + K in GP) – is only viable to a limited extent. The article discusses why this is so. In addition, a methodological procedure model is presented as a counter draft with which it is possible to realise interdisciplinary science-practice cooperation so that learning objects, as K + K in GP, can be modelled in a company. This is done in order to support didactically individual development and organisational changes as well as the digitalisation of business processes refering to science, personality and situation.” (author’s abstract; BIBB-Doku)
