Abstract
(BIBB-Doku)
"The article presents key findings of the BA/BIBB Applicant Survey, a ritten-postal representative survey of training applicants (n = 2,325). The survey results supplement the official statistics of the Federal Employment Agency and outline a comprehensive picture of the situation of applicants in 2015/2016. The results indicate that young people's expectations of their future training company tend to be rather conservative and, in particular, that they desire a long-termemployment perspective, hilematerial incentives are less important to them."
