Abstract

„Successful learning is at the center of all activities at our school: „learning that the learner himself values, considers good, is valuable to him, that expands his ability to act in a professional, personal and social way”. (Zech, 2006, p. 35; Übersetzt durch die Autor:innen). We also saw this as a trigger for our development in 2013 towards self-responsible, competence-oriented and individualized learning (SciL). We were no longer reaching our students in terms of subject matter and didactics through strict content requirements, successive tasks and summative examination formats. In our didactic culture SciL, which has developed on this basis over ten years and continues to evolve, there are many elements of what is discussed under the terms New Learning and New Work. SciL thus has neuroscientific, learning-psychological and motivational-psychological effects, requires a changed requirement profile for teachers and learners and the successive transformation of the organization. In this article, we look at the development of our didactic concept since 2013 towards open, free learning with high co-creative potential for learners and teachers.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
