Qualitätsmanagementsysteme in der Weiterbildung : Ergebnisse der wbmonitor Umfrage 2017

Abstract

"Mit dem Themenschwerpunkt 'Qualitätsmanagementsysteme in der Weiterbildung' stellt wbmonitor statistische Ergebnisse zur Verbreitung der verschiedenen in diesem Bildungsbereich genutzten Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (QMS) bereit und analysierte Wirksamkeitszuschreibungen der Einrichtungen. Darüber hinaus wurde u.a. die Anbietersicht auf den Prozess zur Zertifizierung des QMS in den Blick genommen. Wie jedes Jahr ermittelte wbmonitor zudem die wirtschaftliche Stimmungslage in der Weiterbildung: 2017 befand diese sich auf einem neuen Allzeithoch und war auch in den untersuchten Teilsegmenten durchgängig positiv. Die ergänzenden Strukturinformationen nehmen diesmal die Leistungsvolumina der öffentlich zugänglichen, organisierten Weiterbildung in den Blick."
