| dc.description.abstract | Der vorliegende Bericht liefert Informationen zu den Finanzierungsstrukturen der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Arbeitslose in Portugal. In den letzten Jahren wurde die viel kritisierte berufliche Bildung in Portugal qualitativ und quantitativ stark weiter entwickelt, was - seit dem EU-Beitritt Portugals 1986 - zu einem bedeutenden Teil aus Mitteln des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) finanziert wurde. Daneben gibt es öffentliche Förderung vor allem von Seiten der Zentralverwaltung, während die private Finanzierung - durch Betriebe oder Einzelpersonen - nur einen geringen Prozentsatz abdeckt.
