Abstract
(Autorenreferat ; BIBB-Doku)
"This paper intends to cover descriptively the parameters of inclusion, domain specifically within the dual system of initial vocational training in structural engineering, respectively, the dual education system in structural engineering, according to the state of research. The initial thesis here is that the structures and individual characteristics of the students are diverse in the different domains of vocational training, and therefore inclusion is domain specifically distinct, respectively, when implementing inclusion, long-term specific parameters have to be taken into account. At the forefront, the manifestation of exclusion, separation, integration, and inclusion for the initial training according to BbiG/HwO will be statistically substantiated and discussed - as far as possible - in order to clarify the essential, underlying basic definitions of this contribution. Ultimately, this contribution stands alone, but also constitutes a theoretical groundwork for a qualitative interview study with teachers of structural engineering which was carried out in the Project Diversity VET - M. E. B., and which will be published in a subsequent article (cf. BACH/SCHAUB 2021). In this way, the experiences reported by teachers of structural engineering can be theoretically categorised and reflected upon. The leading question of this analysis is, among other things, to find out which kind of characteristics and parameters of inclusion teachers of structural engineering have to deal with in order to locate these theoretically and empirically. On this basis, one can reflect on areas of improvement and further teacher training." (Author's abstract ; BIBB-Doku)
