Abstract
„Der vorliegende Beitrag beleuchtet die Herausforderungen und den aktuellen Stand in der Qualifizierung von Praxisanleitenden in der Pflege. Angesichts der Reform des Pflegeberufegesetzes (PflBG) im Jahr 2017 und der damit einhergehenden Vereinheitlichung der Pflegeausbildung stehen Praxisanleitende sowie Lehrende in der Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung vor neuen Anforderungen. Im Hinblick darauf wird nachfolgend das Projekt „Berufspädagogisch-Didaktische Qualifizierungsinitiative für praxisanleitendes Personal in Gesundheitsfachberufen“ (BEDiQUAPP) und das daraus entwickelte, kompetenzorientierte Weiterbildungskonzept für Praxisanleitende vorgestellt. Das Modellprojekt „Beratungsstelle Pflegeausbildung Sachsen“ ergänzt den Beitrag mit exemplarischen Ergebnissen aus der Begleitstudie „Erfahrungs-Raum praktische Pflegeausbildung“ (ERPP-Studie 2023). Insgesamt steht die Qualifizierung für Praxisanleitende vor wichtigen Weiterentwicklungen und Anpassungen, um der generalistischen Pflegeausbildung gerecht zu werden.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)
„This article sheds light on the challenges and current status of the qualification of practical instructors in nursing. In view of the reform of the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG) in 2017 and the associated standardisation of nursing training, practice instructors and teachers in further training for practice guidance are facing new challenges. With this in mind, the project ‘Vocational pedagogical-didactic qualification initiative for practice instructors in healthcare professions’ (BEDiQUAPP) and the competence-oriented further training concept for practice instructors developed from it are presented below. The model project ‘Beratungsstelle Pflegeausbildung Sachsen’ complements the article with exemplary results from the accompanying study ‘Erfahrungs-Raum praktische Pflegeausbildung’ (ERPP Study 2023).
