Abstract

"This book summarises the research results of a collaborative project between researchers in vocational education and training (VET) from Osnabrück University, Germany, and the University of Bergamo, Italy, funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD). The edited collection analyses regional VET systems, focusing on Lombardy (Italy) and Lower Saxony (Germany). The study highlights the importance of regional characteristics in VET research, particularly in apprenticeship systems.
