Ausbildungsregelungen nach § 66 BBiG / § 42m HwO für Menschen mit Behinderung und ReZA-Qualifikation für das Ausbildungspersonal : eine Sachstandsanalyse ; Abschlussbericht zu Projekt 7.8.141 (Laufzeit III/2015-III/2016)

Abstract

"Für den Weg in eine inklusive Gesellschaft braucht es gleichberechtigte Teilhabe. Dazu zählt auch, Menschen mit Behinderung eine Ausbildung in einem staatlich anerkannten Beruf zu ermöglichen. Unterstützend stehen bei Bedarf Nachteilsausgleiche zur Verfügung. Behinderte Menschen, für die wegen Art und Schwere ihrer Behinderung keine Berufsausbildung in einem Vollberuf in Betracht kommt, können in theoriegeminderten und im Umfang reduzierten Ausbildungsgängen qualifiziert werden. Für eine wissenschaftliche Analyse dieser Ausbildungsregelungen hat das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) das Bundesinstitut für Berufsbildung (BIBB) mit einer Studie beauftragt; die zentralen Ergebnisse zum aktuellen Stand der Ausbildung sowie zu den Erkenntnissen im Kontext der rehabilitationspädagogischen Zusatzqualifikation für Ausbilder/-innen (ReZA) werden hier vorgestellt." For an academic analysis of these training regulations, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) commissioned the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) to carry out a study; the main results concerning the current state of training, as well as insights in the context of additional qualifications for trainers in the field of pedagogical rehabilitation (ReZA), are presented here."
