Abstract
„Although the ability to engage in intrapreneurship within initial vocational training is discussed in various ways in vocational and business education, it has hardly ever been connected with digital transformation. This article raises the question of which digital competencies intrapreneurs need to cope with demands resulting from digital transformation. To answer this question, it condenses relevant findings from in German, the so-called „Wirtschaftsinformatik“ into an overall model of digital intrapreneurship. This model is intended to serve as a reference system for requirements analyses. Next, an exemplary partial analysis of requirements for generating ideas for the digital transformation of organizational core processes is presented. The article discusses existing competency structure models for intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship in economic and business education and debates the legitimacy of "digital intrapreneurship education" in the context of business education. Lastly, the extent to which selected framework curricula empower commercial trainees for innovative co-entrepreneurship is demonstrated by a series of examples in order to illustrate the analytical potential of the overall model and partial analysis.” (authors’ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
