Potentiale von Pod- bzw. Educasts als digitale Medien und Methode in der Lehrkräftebildung und Beruflichen Orientierung

Abstract

„Der vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit den Potentialen des Einsatzes von Pod- bzw. Educasts in der Lehrer:innenbildung. In diesem Rahmen wird zunächst die Relevanz von Pod- bzw. Educasts als Medium und Methode sowie der didaktische Mehrwert für die Hochschullehre und die spätere berufliche Tätigkeit als Lehrpersonen insgesamt diskutiert. Daran anschließend wird ein möglicher digitalisierungsbezogener Kompetenzerwerb durch den Umgang mit und die eigene Produktion von Pod-/bzw. Educasts in der universitären Lehrer:innenbildung fokussiert. Die theoretisch-konzeptionellen Darlegungen werden exemplarisch mit Erkenntnissen aus einem innovativen Lehrforschungsprojekt VWL-Educ@sts sowie aus der Entwicklung von Unterrichtsmodulen im Rahmen der Beruflichen Orientierung im Verbundprojekt WÖRLD an der Universität Potsdam exemplarisch verdeutlicht.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)

„This article addresses the potential of using podcasts and educasts in teacher education. In this context, the relevance of podcasts and educasts as a medium and method as well as the didactic added value for university teaching and the later professional activity as teachers will be discussed. Subsequently, a possible digitalization-related acquisition of skills through the handling and own production of pod- educasts in university teacher education will be focused on. The theoretical-conceptual explanations are exemplified with findings from an innovative teaching research project VWL-Educ@sts as well as from the development of teaching modules within the framework of career guidance in the project WÖRLD at the University of Potsdam.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
