Berufliche Bildung als Handlungsfeld der Regionalentwicklung : eine kommunale Steuerungsaufgabe?

Abstract

„Strukturen und Gestaltung (dualer) beruflicher Bildung stehen im Zusammenhang mit wirtschaftlicher wie auch lebensraumbezogener Attraktivität einer Region. Entsprechend scheinen eine gemeinsame Perspektive und Planung von beruflicher Bildung und Regionalentwicklung vor Ort naheliegend. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt Einblicke in Kooperationsformen und die Bedeutung kommunaler Steuerungsstrukturen in beiden Feldern. Auf der Grundlage zweier Fallstudien wird eine Reflexion bestehender Kooperationsstrukturen und kommunaler Steuerungsaspekte gegeben und eine Explikation hemmender und förderlicher Aspekte strategischer Kooperation versucht.“ (Autorenreferat; BIBB-Doku)„Structures and design of (dual) vocational education and training are related to the economic and living space attractiveness of a region. Accordingly, a joint perspective and planning of vocational education and training and regional development on site seems sensible. This article provides insights into forms of cooperation and the importance of municipal control structures in both fields. On the basis of two case studies, a reflection on existing cooperation structures and municipal control aspects is given and an attempt is made to explain inhibiting and beneficial aspects of strategic cooperation.“ (authors‘ abstract; BIBB-Doku)
